Terms of service
Last updated: October 4, 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to every service you buy from Bah Growth. By paying for a service, you accept them.
Bah Growth is the trading name of a company registered in Brazil. The legal name and registration number of the contracting company appear on every invoice and are available on request. Contact: [email protected]. In these terms, “we” means Bah Growth and “you” means the company buying the service.
We offer two services:
| Service | Price | How it’s billed |
|---|---|---|
| Conversion Audit | US$1,200 | One payment, upfront |
| Monthly Growth Plan | US$3,000 per month | Monthly, at the start of each period |
Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes that may apply in your country. Any change to these terms is posted on this page with a new date.
2. Conversion Audit
Scope. We review your signup, pricing and main landing page, on desktop and mobile. You may swap one of these pages for another page of your funnel. We also check whether your ads match the pages they send people to.
What you get, in writing:
- Goals: your main conversion, micro-conversions and the business metric that matters.
- Measurement check: what is correct, broken or missing in your analytics and tracking.
- Baseline: current traffic and conversion on the pages reviewed, by device and channel.
- Funnel map: each step with volume, pass-through and drop-off.
- Behavior review: recordings, heatmaps, dead clicks and form drop-off.
- Page-by-page review: value proposition, copy, calls to action, trust, objections and forms.
- Technical review of issues that hurt conversion: speed, mobile, errors and broken layouts.
- At least 5 actionable findings, prioritized by impact and effort.
- A 90-day roadmap of fixes and tests.
- A one-page executive summary.
An actionable finding names the page, step and device, shows the evidence, describes a specific change, gives it a priority and names the metric it should move. Generic best practices, test ideas without a hypothesis and the same issue repeated on several pages count as one finding or none.
Not included: customer interviews or surveys, detailed experiment specs, CRM or attribution setup, and calls or workshops.
If you have little or no data. We adapt the same audit: the measurement check becomes a tracking plan for your funnel, and the roadmap starts with setting it up. Items 3 to 5 are limited to the data available.
Timeline. We deliver in 5 business days. The clock starts once your onboarding form is complete and the access you shared is working. We confirm the delivery date by email that day.
If access never arrives. We send a reminder every 2 business days. After 14 days without the access we need, we deliver what can be done without it (the page-by-page and technical review) and close the audit. Delays on your side don’t count toward our deadline and don’t qualify for a refund.
Our guarantee. If we deliver late, you get a full refund, as long as you shared the access and information we asked for. Refund requests must be sent within 7 days after the confirmed delivery date. If the report has fewer than 5 actionable findings, we review one extra page at no cost. We guarantee the work, not a specific result (see section 8).
Questions after delivery. For 3 business days after delivery, we answer your questions about the report by email. This covers explaining any finding, its priority or how to measure it. Reviewing new pages, checking work your team has implemented, writing code or re-prioritizing for a new goal is new work, covered by the Monthly Growth Plan or a separate quote.
3. Monthly Growth Plan
What’s included each month:
- Research and prioritization of your funnel. You approve the month’s backlog in writing in week 1.
- 3 improvements or tests shipped. Each one is an A/B test when your traffic allows it, or a direct change measured before and after.
- Tracking and event setup needed to measure the work.
- A short written update every Friday and a written report at the end of each month.
- One light customer research round per quarter (email or on-site surveys, review analysis; no interviews by call).
We implement in your stack, whatever it is. We ask for a preview or staging environment where we can work and test. We run QA before every change, and we agree with you during onboarding how changes go live (for example, pull requests your team reviews and merges).
Not included: new pages, full redesigns, visual identity, campaign or content copy, and new product features. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately or moved to the next month’s backlog.
Add-on. Deeper customer research on specific problems is available as a separate project, from US$800 to US$1,500 depending on format, goal and size.
Tools. By default we use free tools. If a paid tool is needed (for example, an A/B testing platform), you buy it and keep it in your own account.
Results take time. Growth changes often show results soon after they go live. Pure CRO testing usually needs more time; most of the impact tends to come from month 3 onward. There is no minimum commitment.
4. How we work
Async only. We don’t do calls. We work by email, Slack Connect or comments on the report, and we reply within 1 business day.
Access. You invite us to each tool with our own user (analytics, tag manager, code repository, website builder). We never ask for shared passwords. For the audit, read-only access is enough.
Your part. You give us the access and the information we ask for, approve the monthly backlog, and review changes within a reasonable time. Delays on your side move our deadlines by the same amount and do not reduce the monthly fee.
5. Payments, discounts and audit credit
Payment. All payments are made upfront through Stripe. The audit is paid before we start. The Monthly Growth Plan is charged at the start of each monthly period. If a monthly payment fails and is not resolved, work pauses on the same day.
Audit discounts. The audit price can be reduced by up to 20% in total:
- 10% if you authorize us in writing to use the results as an anonymous case study (see section 7).
- 10% if you pay within 14 days after we send you the free mini-teardown.
Discounts are applied only through a personal, single-use code that we send you. Codes expire and cannot be combined with other offers.
Audit credit. If you join the Monthly Growth Plan within 30 days after we deliver your audit report, the amount you paid for the audit is credited once against your first monthly invoice. We send you a single-use code for this.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Monthly Growth Plan. You can cancel anytime from your customer portal, with no minimum commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and we keep working until then. We don’t refund partial months.
Conversion Audit. You get a full refund if we deliver late (section 2). Once work has started, the audit is otherwise non-refundable. If you cancel before we start, we refund the full amount.
On our side. We may pause or end the service if payment fails, or if these terms are seriously broken. If we end it for any other reason, we refund the unused part of what you paid.
7. Ownership, confidentiality and data
Ownership. Once paid, the code, reports and other deliverables made for you are yours. We keep the right to reuse our general methods, templates and know-how, never your confidential information.
Confidentiality. We keep your data, results and business information confidential, and use them only to deliver the service. We sign an NDA if you ask.
Personal data. Analytics and session recordings may include personal data of your visitors. We access it only to deliver the service, through the access you grant, and we don’t copy it outside your tools. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request for companies in the EU and UK.
Case studies. We never name you or share your results without your written permission. With it, we may publish an anonymous case study (for example, “a B2B SaaS in healthcare”), using percentages instead of absolute numbers.
8. No guaranteed results
We commit to the process, deliverables and deadlines described above. We don’t guarantee specific results such as conversion rates, signups or revenue, because they also depend on your product, traffic, market and team.
9. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, revenue or data. These limits don’t apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct or breach of confidentiality. You are responsible for reviewing and approving changes before they go live in production.
10. General
If a dispute comes up, we both agree to first try to solve it in good faith, in writing, for 30 days. If that doesn’t work, these terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the dispute goes to the courts of Porto Alegre, Brazil. If one clause is found invalid, the rest still apply. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
